The Internet shop operating at www.warsztatywyobrazni.pl is run by the company "Workshop of Imagination" Aleksandra Zapart, certificate number .54961/2007 located in Poznań, 61-663, 43-47 Winogrady Str. The Internet shop sales goods through the Internet.
Offer
The offer presented at the "Workshop of Imagination" e-shop does not refer to a stock of the company and is not a commerce offer in the meaning of the Commercial Code. It is only an invitation to the commencement of negotiations (under art.75 of the Commercial Code). All prices presented at the e-shop are retail prices (they include VAT) given in zloty. Prices do not include the delivery costs and they can be changed without prior notice. Photos, descriptions and parameters of some of the goods placed at the e-shop can slightly differ from the real outlook of products available on sale. It concerns mainly the coloring of proposed goods.
Order placement
Completion of an order takes from 3 to 21 business days counted from the date of offer confirmation to the date of sending an ordered good to a customer.Orders in the e-shop are accepted only after previous registration and completion of appropriate application. No registration is required in case of a one-time order. Following data need to be given to place an order: name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number. In case of incomplete data order will not be accepted.
Client who placed an order at the e-shop will be informed via e-mail, by letter or phone call should the completion of an order or its part was unfeasible.
The time of order completion is a number of business days counted from the day of placing an order to the day of dispatch.
Should the goods be paid by money transfer, the time of order completion is a number of business days counted from the day of receiving payment to the day of dispatch.
Orders sent abroad can be completed only after prior settlement with the e-shop service.
Delivery costs
Delivery in Poland is free of charged. In case the parcel is not collected by the client, the costs of its dispatch and return at the shop's address are covered in the aggregate by the customer. The date of receiving a parcel is counted as total time of order completion and time of delivery. The seller does not take responsibility for the prolongation of delivery time resulting from reasons not depending on him.
Payment
Payment for an order can be made:
- on delivery (cash on delivery)
- by transfer (prepayment)
When choosing transfer, the amount due need to be transferred to an account

In case of prepayment, a transfer or remittance should be made after prior confirmation of order's details with regard to possible differences in the amount of goods available at the e-shop.
In case of prepayment, a customer who fails to confirm earlier the possibility of completion takes a risk of an advance payment. Should this happen, the amount for not completed part of order will be returned to the customer's account.
An invoice for purchase is made out according to the data given in the registration form or after sending different data by letter or fax together with the entitlement given to the seller to make out an invoice without the recipient's signature.
Returns
Customer can withdraw from a contract within 10 days from receiving a good in written declaration sent at the address "Warsztaty Wyobraźni" Aleksandra Zapart,61-663 Poznań, 43-47 Winogrady Str.
It is possible only if a good has not been opened (unpacked wrapping), used or damaged.
After withdrawing from the contract the good shall be sent back at the address given above.
In such a situation the e-shop guarantees a reimbursement of an amount equal to a retail price after receiving a returned good. However, the customer covers the costs of delivery and its return. Customer must not return the good at the seller cost.
In case of sending the parcel against the above mentioned provisions the amount of reimbursement will be reduced by the costs paid upon receiving the returned good by the e-shop.
In case of resignation from the delivered good money will be transferred to the given customer's account. On special occasions the return of money can be made by post and the costs of transfer will be reduced from the amount due.
Complaints
Should the package in which the good was delivered be damaged or was tried to be opened the customer should not accept the delivery but draw up a report of damage at the presence of a courier or at the post office.
Defective or damaged goods are exchanged for new ones under condition that the notification of damage is submitted within 5 days from the reception of delivery at the address "Warsztaty Wyobraźni" Aleksandra Zapart, 61-663 Poznań, 43-47 Winogrady Str.
Complain will be considered within 14 days. In case of unfounded complain or damage caused by the user, all costs are covered by the customer. E-shop does not accept deliveries sent back at its address to be paid on delivery.
Personal data
All personal data are used only for the purpose of order completion and will not be used or revealed in any other way. Customer agrees to transform his/her personal data for the above mentioned purposes.
Final provisions
Company "Workshop of Imagination" does not take responsibility for purchases at the e-shop made by a third person who uses customer's account and password.
Company "Workshop of Imagination" reserves the right to change present regulations in part or in whole.
Possible litigations in connection with the transactions completed at the e-shop "Workshop of Imagination" will be settled by arbitration.
In case of lack of amicable agreement a relevant court in Poznań will adjudicate
